1.1 Clinical Services. Inspired Consciousness LLC provides mental health services including psychotherapy and psychiatric care through licensed professionals. These clinical services are provided only to individuals who have established a formal provider-patient relationship through our clinical intake process, with appropriate informed consent, documentation, and privacy protections.

1.2 Educational Content. The Inspired Consciousness Institute is an educational initiative that provides free educational resources. Educational content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision support, or professional consultation.

1.3 No Provider-Patient Relationship. Accessing educational content on this Site does not create a provider-patient, therapist-client, pharmacist-patient, or any other professional relationship. Such relationships are established only through our formal clinical processes.

2.1 Not Medical Advice. All educational content provided through the Inspired Consciousness Institute, including but not limited to information about medications, tapering, mental health conditions, and treatment approaches, is for general educational purposes only. This content:

4.2 Limitation of Damages. 4.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundred dollars ($100) regardless of the cause of action.

9.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Massachusetts.

9.3 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
