We are Inspired Consciousness and we are here for you! We are a welcoming sanctuary that provides mental health counseling and psychiatry services for adults, seeking additional support navigating through life's challenges. Our desire in creating this organization was to first and foremost provide quality and convenient access to mental health services. Dr. Worrell and Ms. Woodman established Inspired Consciousness in 2021 and have worked together for many years understanding the importance of collaborative care to ensure the success of our clients. We offer client-centered psychotherapy and psychiatry for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders. Our specialization is engaging diverse populations with culturally sensitive methods in all areas of our practice. We look forward to working with you on your journey towards a higher level of consciousness, rendering peace and contentment.

Sagitta has been dedicated throughout her life helping others overcome their personal challenges. She completed her social work degrees from Salve Regina University in RI (undergraduate) and Fordham University in NY (masters). Sagitta has had the opportunity to work with diverse client populations throughout her career. She has a holistic approach to working with clients and acknowledging the client is the expert of their own experience. Her passion is working with clients to explore the root cause of their symptoms, building coping skills, and seeing them flourish with new found understanding of themselves. Her specialty is providing counseling services to trauma and torture survivors from Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Central and South America. Sagitta has an expanded skill set on working with clients through their depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. Sagitta is a professional, ethical, and compassionate therapist.

Lena Nganga, LICSW 

Lena is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with more than 15 years of experience assisting teens and adults struggling with mood dysregulation, anxiety, relationship issues, family concerns, life transitions, and trauma/abuse. Lena completed her Master's degree in Social Work at University of Denver. She has worked in several clinical settings including residential, outpatient, and in schools of various ages and diverse backgrounds. She believes in combining a person-centered approach with a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and more. She knows that it takes courage and strength to make the first steps towards working through various life struggles and emotional well-being. Lena looks forward to working collaboratively with each client to determine individual needs/goals and believes in treating others with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
