Comprehensive Medication Management

Psychiatric pharmacy, brought into outpatient care and backed by active pharmacist licensure across many states. The work centers on advanced psychopharmacology, pharmacogenomic-informed care, polypharmacy review and deprescribing, therapeutic monitoring, and controlled substance stewardship, including for people managing renal, cardiac, metabolic, or hepatic risk alongside their mental health. It happens alongside your prescriber and your therapist rather than apart from them.

Hating your medications? Side effects ruining your quality of life? We help you figure out what's going wrong and work with your care team to find solutions.

Understanding your medications empowers better decisions. We provide thorough education so you can be an active partner in your treatment.

Interested in reducing or stopping a medication? Our team can support education, medication-history review, and care-team communication. Any tapering plan or medication change must be clinically appropriate and managed by an authorized prescriber within applicable law, licensure, payer, and organizational requirements.

Taking multiple medications? We review everything—prescriptions, supplements, even cannabis—to make sure your medications work together safely.

Fasting for religious observance? Following a special diet? Your medication schedule shouldn't force you to choose between health and values.

Our psychiatric pharmacy support focuses on medication understanding, side-effect awareness, adherence barriers, medication-history review, and communication with the appropriate prescriber. Medication changes and prescribing decisions are made only by authorized clinicians within applicable law, licensure, payer, and organizational requirements.

If you've tried multiple medications without relief or have a complex medication regimen, we provide structured medication-safety review and recommendations for discussion with the treating prescriber.
